Schritt 1: Liste 15 Stärken auf

Diese Stärken können aus allen Bereichen deiner Sportart kommen. Technische, taktische, athletische und mentale Stärken können auf dieser Liste stehen.

Schritt 2: Lies dir diese Stärken 1x täglich durch

Am besten deponierst du das Blatt mit deinen Stärken an deinem Nachttisch. Das siehst du es zumindest 2x täglich. Lies es dir jedes Mal wenn du es siehst durch und sei Stolz auf deine Stärken.

Schritt 3: Erarbeite deine Stärken neu

Zumindest 1x pro Quartal solltest du deine Stärken-Liste neu erstellen.
