Schritt 1: Definiere Schwerpunkte, die du verbessern willst

Das können die Ergebnisse aus dem Wettkampfprofil sein, es muss sich dabei aber nicht zwangsweise nur um mentale Dinge handeln.

Sinn des Selfchecks ist es, gewisse Teilbereiche genau unter die Lupe zu nehmen und den Fokus darauf zu richten.

Schritt 2: Fülle nach jedem Wettkampf oder Training den Selfcheck aus

Lade dir dazu die „Selfcheck-Vorlage“ herunter. Setze jene Schwerpunkte ein, an denen du in den kommenden Wochen arbeiten willst und nimm dir nach jedem Wettkampf oder Training 10 Minuten Zeit um deine Leistung zu den gewählten Schwerpunkten zu überprüfen.

Die Bewertung von 1-10 soll dazu dienen, deine Fortschritte überprüfen zu können.

Wähle 1-3 Schwerpunkte, die du unter Beobachtung stellen willst. Die Fragen nach Änderungen, Auslöser und Begründungen, sollen dir dabei helfen, spannende Dinge über dich selbst zu erfahren.

Schritt 3: Sammle diese Selfchecks und versuche Muster zu erkennen

In welchen Situationen ändert sich deine Leistungsfähigkeit? Wann kippt deine mentale Stärke. Nimm dir alle 2-3 Wochen Zeit um die vergangenen Selfchecks zu analysieren.

Setze dann die richtigen Schritte um das negative Verhalten in Zukunft zu vermeiden.
