Schritt 1: Erkenne, dass es an Anspannung fehlt

Du bist zu locker drauf. Dies zu erkennen und Gegenmaßnahmen einzuleiten, ist der erste Schritt.

 

Schritt 2: Setz dir ein höheres Ziel

Wenn das Anspannungsniveau zu gering ist, musst du es erhöhen. Eine Möglichkeit dafür ist, dass Ziel das du erreichen willst zu erhöhen.

 

Beispiel Fußball:

Ist der Gegner zu Schwach und du passt dich dem Niveau an, musst du die Aufgabenstellung erschweren. Im Fußball gäbe es die Möglichkeit, mit 3 Toren Unterschied gewinnen zu wollen, oder mit maximal zwei Kontakten pro Spieler zu spielen.

 

Egal welche Sportart du ausführst, sobald du merkst, dass das Anspannungsniveau zu gering ist, solltest du dir ein neues, herausforderndes Ziel setzen.
