Schritt 1: Packe den Koffer

Lade dir die PDF-Vorlage herunter und packe deinen Koffer. Finde zu jeder angeführten Emotionen-Wandlung die entsprechenden Bilder, Videos, Filme, Musik, oder Tätigkeiten. Je mehr du findest desto besser.

Trage alles in die PDF-Vorlage ein.

 

Schritt 2: Sei vorbereitet

Drucke diese Liste aus und trage sie immer bei dir, oder kopiere dir die Datei auf dein Smartphone um sie immer und überall abrufen zu können.

Speichere die Bilder, Musik, Videos und Filme auf deinem Smartphone. Ob du dazu

Youtube- oder Spotify-Playlists für jede der einzelnen Wandlungen anlegst, oder die betreffenden Dinge direkt auf deinem Smartphone speicherst bleibt dir überlassen.

 

Schritt 3: Erkennen und Gegenmaßnahmen setzen

Erkenne das du dich in einer negativen Emotion befindest (z.B. Wut, Verspannung, Stress, schlechte Laune, Demotivation, Unkonzentriertheit).

Nimm nun deine Liste zur Hand und setze die entsprechenden Gegenmaßnahmen.
