Schritt 1: Erstelle das Erfolgsjournal

Du kannst es offline (in deiner Sportmentaltrainings-Mappe), oder online (Dropbox, Evernote, … ) erstellen.

Sammle nun alle deine Erfolge aus der Vergangenheit zusammen. Dabei kann es sich um Fotos, Videos, Trophäen, Urkunden oder Erlebnisberichte handeln. Wenn du keine Erinnerungen findest, dann schreibe das Erlebte aus deinen Gedanken zusammen und sammle es im Erfolgsjournal.

 

Schritt 2: Updates

Programmiere dir nun eine Erinnerung in deinen Kalender oder dein Smartphone. Diese soll dich einmal wöchentlich daran erinnern, dein Erfolgsjournal zu pflegen: Also neue Erfolge darin zu vermerken.

 

Schritt 3: Erkennen und Gegenmaßnahmen setzen

Immer wenn du schlecht drauf bist, oder an dir zweifelst greifst du ab sofort zu diesem Erfolgsjournal und blätterst darin. Diese Erinnerungen werden sehr schnell positive Emotionen in dir wecken.
