- Lege die Fingerkuppen (nicht Fingerspitzen) aller Finger aneinander. Am besten sitzt du dabei und legst deine Hände in den Schoß.
- Versuche nun das zarte Pochen deines Pulses in den Fingerkuppen zu fühlen.
- Sobald du den Puls fühlst, versuchst du die Schläge (bis 100) zu zählen.

Mach dir bitte auf keinen Fall den Druck, den Fingerpuls spüren zu müssen. Lass es einfach geschehen indem du die Augen schließt und dich entspannst.
