Schritt 1: Positionen festlegen

Markiere im Abstand von wenigen Metern zwei Positionen am Boden. Die eine Position bedeutet „angespannt“ und die andere „zu locker, zu entspannt“.

 

Schritt 2: Position wählen

Wähle nun eine der beiden Position aus. Zeitgleich erinnerst du dich an eine sportliche Situation in der Vergangenheit in der du dich schon so gefühlt hast. Fühle dich intensiv in diese Situation hinein!

 

Also zum Beispiel eine Situation in der du extrem angespannt warst!

 

Schritt 3: Position wechseln

Wähle nun die andere Position aus. Zeitgleich erinnerst du dich an eine sportliche Situation in der Vergangenheit in der du dich schon so gefühlt hast. Fühle dich intensiv in diese Situation hinein!

Also zum Beispiel eine Situation in der du viel zu locker und entspannt warst!

 

Schritt 4: Hochleistungszone finden

Nach dem du nun beide Zustände intensiv erlebt hast, ist es nun deine Aufgabe die Mitte zwischen diesen beiden Polen zu finden.

Starte von einer der beiden Positionen weg, am besten von jener in der du dich eher befindest. Gehe langsam zwischen beiden Positionen hin und her und achte darauf wie sich deine Gefühle, deine Körperhaltung und deine Muskelspannung verändert.

Finde so die Position in der du dich am wohlsten fühlst!
